Who it's for
You don't need a license to show up. Just a question you want answered.
You've thought about getting licensed for a while.
You'd like someone to lay out the steps, the timeline, and the cost in plain English.
You're good with people and ready for a change.
You'll hear which skills carry over from the job you have now, and what you'd have to learn.
You're in a licensing course right now.
You're wondering what comes after the exam: choosing a broker, getting trained, and finding your first clients.
You're curious what agents really do all day.
It's more conversations and follow-up than open houses. You'll see what a real week looks like.

No. It's free, and there's nothing to buy.

What does it take to get licensed in Georgia?

I live in South Carolina. Is this for me?
Yes. The McBride Team works on both sides of the river. South Carolina has its own licensing requirements, and we'll cover where they differ.

We host Career Night every month. RSVP anyway, and we'll let you know the next date.
Is this a sales pitch?
No. You'll hear how The McBride Team trains new agents, and showing up doesn't commit you to anything. The goal is for you to leave knowing whether this career fits you.
